The role independently plans underground cable construction projects and prepares measurement take-offs, cost reconciliations, invoicing, staffing and resource schedules, materials schedules, and traffic-control orders. It requires civil-engineering education, experience in underground, cable, or road construction, MS Office proficiency, and a Class B driver’s license. The position is based in the Duisburg metropolitan area, offers a company vehicle, and provides training opportunities.
