Description
Turner Staffing Group is hiring an experienced Underground Construction Supervisor to oversee underground decline and infrastructure construction for a new mine development project. The role involves field leadership, safety and risk management, construction planning, quality inspections, milestone coordination, stakeholder communication, and crew mentoring. It is scheduled for 5 days on/4 off, with a project length expected to be 6–8 months and an immediate start in August. Candidates need 5–10 years of underground construction experience, including at least 2 years of underground supervisory experience, and startup mine construction experience is strongly preferred. The position requires work authorization in the United States without visa sponsorship.
