TAK Broadband is hiring a full-time Underground Foreman to lead and supervise missile crews in Missoula, Montana, and surrounding areas. The role oversees underground utility construction, including missile and impact moling operations, excavation, utility locating, alignment, production, documentation, equipment maintenance, crew training, and jobsite safety. Candidates need at least five years of underground construction or drilling experience, crew leadership experience, equipment operation knowledge, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. Compensation is $30–$40 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
