Description
The employer is hiring an Underground Infrastructure Foreman for a client in the Utrecht region to lead field work involving cables, pipelines, gas, water, and electricity. The role directs technicians, groundworkers, and subcontractors; allocates work; monitors schedules, safety, quality, and progress; and coordinates with site managers and project teams. Candidates need MBO-level vocational education in infrastructure technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable field, 3 to 5 years of underground infrastructure experience, relevant project experience, foreman or site-management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a category B driver's license. The position pays €3,800 to €4,700 gross per month and offers a contract with prospects of permanent employment, mobility support, pension, vacation, training, and progression toward Assistant Site Manager or Site Manager.
