Description
The Underground Infrastructure Site Supervisor will oversee the daily execution of cable and pipeline projects in the Amsterdam region, managing field employees and subcontractors, coordinating with planners and project managers, and monitoring safety, quality, production, personnel, equipment, progress, and handover. The role requires an MBO or HBO qualification in Infrastructure, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, approximately 3 to 5 years of underground infrastructure experience, site-supervision or foreman experience, knowledge of cables and pipelines, strong communication and organizational skills, and Dutch language proficiency. The gross monthly salary is €4,300 to €5,100, with a company car or mobility arrangement, pension, vacation days, training opportunities, and potential advancement to Senior Site Supervisor or Project Manager.
