Worley Consulting is hiring an Underground Mining Automation Engineer to provide technical engineering and consulting support for automation and autonomous systems in underground mining operations. The role covers technology assessments, system definition, project execution, technical documentation, analysis, and coordination across mining, telecom, mechatronics, digital, automation, and consulting disciplines. It is a full-time hybrid position based in Canada or the United States, with approximately 25% travel and three days per week in the office when not traveling. Candidates need significant mining, underground, automation, control systems, and digital mining experience, along with a degree in mining engineering or a related engineering discipline.
