AECOM is hiring an Underground Structures Expert to lead the design, construction supervision, safety, risk management, and technical leadership for underground infrastructure supporting the UAE's high-speed rail network. The role covers tunnels, underground stations, intervention shafts, TBM and cut-and-cover methods, structural analysis, geotechnical considerations, fire and life safety, stakeholder coordination, and sustainable construction. Candidates need extensive tunneling and high-speed rail experience, proficiency with structural analysis and civil design software, knowledge of UAE construction challenges, and experience managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
