Description
The Underground Utilities Project Superintendent leads field operations for large-scale civil and underground utility projects, overseeing safety, quality, scheduling, site logistics, crew and subcontractor coordination, resource allocation, budgets, documentation, and daily construction activities. The role partners with project managers, engineers, owners, inspectors, and trade partners and requires at least seven years of underground utility field leadership experience, experience directing multiple crews and subcontractors, and knowledge of civil construction practices. A related bachelor’s degree and experience with HCSS/Heavy Jobs, Procore, or Bluebeam are preferred. The California salary range is $117,000–$161,000, excluding possible bonuses and other benefits.
