R.E. Beckner Construction Inc. is hiring a full-time Utility Foreman + Crew to supervise a 5-7 person crew on storm, water, and sewer site-development projects throughout central west Florida. The role coordinates project schedules, operates heavy equipment for underground pipe excavation, installation, and backfilling, maintains project documentation, communicates with management and employees, follows OSHA and FDOT safety procedures, and coordinates crew activities. Candidates must have at least three years of utility foreman experience, storm, water, and sewer experience, blueprint-reading ability, site-development experience, and strong leadership and coordination skills.
