Description
The Underground Utility Foreman will read and interpret plans, coordinate site-development schedules with project managers, stage materials and set up projects, lead and manage on-site crews, and process daily paperwork. The role requires three years of utility foreman experience, background with storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water lines, OSHA safety knowledge, strong communication skills, and a willingness to acquire a Class-A CDL within one year. The position is part of Absolute Group’s Utility Division, which performs residential, commercial, and municipal infrastructure construction and groundwork services.
