Underground Solutions is hiring a full-time underground utility installer to operate trenching and utility-burial equipment such as vibratory plows, directional drills, vacs, and mini excavators. The role requires following safety protocols, collaborating with team members, working independently, and meeting production goals. It is an in-person, four-day workweek position with at least ten hours per day, occasional overtime, possible travel, and no weekends. Applicants need a valid driver's license, the ability to lift and carry objects weighing at least 50 pounds, and must pass a DOT drug test; training is provided. The role pays $22.00 to $32.00 per hour and includes dental coverage, a 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits.
