Lycetts Insurance Brokers is hiring a permanent Underwriter for its Newcastle office, with other regional Lycetts offices considered. The role manages and grows renewal and new business portfolios, supports renewals and new-product development, advises the broking team, and helps standardise and automate processes. Candidates should have insurance industry knowledge, preferably Farm & Estate or Commercial underwriting experience, strong communication and collaboration skills, and a willingness to learn; CII certification is a plus.
