Bluevine is hiring a Small Business Loan Underwriter to evaluate and underwrite small business loan applications, analyze financial and credit information, assess credit risk, structure loan terms, document decisions, and support portfolio performance. The role requires at least two years of underwriting experience, preferably in fintech, banking, or another financial institution, with small business lending experience preferred. The position offers a US-based hybrid arrangement and a base salary of $61,900 to $74,100 USD, plus health coverage, retirement matching, paid leave, wellness benefits, and performance-based bonus eligibility.
