Description
Accelerant Captive Solutions is hiring a senior underwriter to grow its loss-sensitive and captive insurance book. The role underwrites complex middle-market and national-account risks, including large-deductible, SIR, and retrospective-rating programs; develops broker relationships; provides multi-option solutions; manages and grows an assigned book; and builds admitted and non-admitted products. Candidates need 5–12+ years of commercial lines underwriting experience, technical expertise in loss-sensitive structures, and a track record of profitable middle-market underwriting.
