Ascot Group is hiring an Underwriter to support the profitable growth and management of a Workers Compensation portfolio. The role evaluates new and renewal submissions, assesses risk and pricing, manages an assigned book of business, develops agency and broker relationships, and collaborates with Claims, Risk Engineering, Actuarial, Operations, and Product Management. The position is office-based with a hybrid work schedule, requires at least two years of relevant Workers Compensation underwriting experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and includes 10–15% travel.
