Description
The Hanover is hiring a full-time, exempt Underwriting Director of Strategy to lead the strategic definition and optimization of its Personal Lines portfolio. The role owns risk appetite, growth targets, profitability thresholds, portfolio guardrails, scenario analysis, stress testing, KPI dashboards, and executive and Board-level strategy communications. It partners with Product, Actuarial, Finance, Underwriting, and Enterprise Risk, and includes managing and developing a strategy team.
