Hometap is hiring an Underwriting Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of its residential underwriting team and report to the Director of Originations. The role manages productivity, accuracy, service quality, guideline adherence, risk escalation, quality-control trends, and team development while partnering with Sales, Processing, and Closing. Candidates need at least five years of residential underwriting experience, two years managing a production-based team, strong analytical and communication skills, and a bachelor's degree. The salary range is $110,000 to $125,000, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
