Distinguished Programs is hiring a remote Underwriting Manager to lead and mentor a team of underwriters on its Real Estate Umbrella program. The role oversees underwriting operations, portfolio performance, pricing and growth models, compliance, training, quality control, customer relationships, and workflow improvements, while also underwriting as needed. Candidates need a bachelor's degree, at least seven years of commercial insurance underwriting experience, and at least three years of direct supervision or people-management experience. The position offers a $120,000–$165,000 base salary plus a yearly cash bonus, healthcare, retirement matching, and other benefits.
