The Hanover Insurance Group is hiring a full-time, exempt Commercial Surety Underwriting Specialist for its Central Region. The role manages and grows a commercial surety portfolio, underwrites new and renewal accounts, develops agency and broker relationships, analyzes financial and operational risks, coordinates complex submissions, and supports business development and cross-selling. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, 2–5+ years of commercial surety underwriting experience, and 2–4+ years of agency relationship management and business development experience.
