This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting with underwriting decisions, and coordinating administrative tasks such as handling communications, ordering loss runs, preparing claims kits, and delivering policy documents. The specialist will collaborate with various internal teams and build strong working relationships to ensure seamless operations.
