CPS is hiring a Unified Communications Architect to provide technical leadership for Microsoft Teams Voice and broader Unified Communications engagements across the United Kingdom. The role combines enterprise voice architecture and delivery with pre-sales, customer workshops, solution design, governance, service proposition development, go-to-market support, and technical evangelism. The architect will design and modernize Teams Phone, Direct Routing, Operator Connect, Teams Rooms, contact center, telephony migration, and managed service solutions, while supporting business growth and innovation across CPS's Microsoft Modern Work practice. The position primarily supports working from home, with occasional UK travel and overseas assignments.
