The Commercial Maintenance Carpenter performs general carpentry, building maintenance, repairs, installations, inspections, and customer service in commercial or industrial settings. The role includes framing, drywall, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, flooring, locks, fixtures, painting, automatic doors, and equipment installation, with a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and pay of $44.59 per hour. Applicants need at least two years of carpentry, maintenance, or general handyman experience, a valid driver's license if travel is required, and the ability to work independently and safely with tools and equipment.
