E-J Electric T&D LLC is hiring a Union Payroll Administrator in Wallingford, Connecticut, to process weekly and on-demand payrolls for union employees across multiple states and companies. The role handles collective bargaining agreements, tax and wage-garnishment adjustments, employee payroll support, payroll reporting, accounting reconciliations, labor audits, and compliance reviews. Candidates need at least four years of union payroll processing experience, strong knowledge of federal, state, and local wage and tax regulations, and preferably experience with IBEW or IATSE, an associates degree, and payroll system implementation.
