Alan is hiring a Union Relations Lead to build and manage relationships with French unions, federations, and the broader paritariste ecosystem. The role will represent Alan in social dialogue forums, advise Enterprise and Public Sector teams on social partner contexts, translate the company’s strategy into compelling narratives, and develop engagement processes and market intelligence. Candidates need at least eight years of social partner relations experience, federation-level credibility, and knowledge of the paritariste ecosystem, with the role based in or requiring relocation to Paris.
