Ferguson is hiring a Union Warehouse Associate for a third-shift, Monday-through-Friday schedule from 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. The role pays $21 per hour plus a shift differential and involves operating a stand-up forklift, preparing outbound orders, building and transporting pallets and packages, using RF devices, receiving and stocking incoming materials, and maintaining a safe workspace. A high school diploma or GED is required, while 1–3 years of warehouse experience is preferred; the position also requires regular lifting of items up to 50 pounds, attention to safety procedures, and pre-employment drug and background screening.
