Description
Bupa is hiring a permanent full-time Unit Coordinator for its Cedar Manor Care Home in Tauranga. The role leads a team of caregivers and nurses, provides person-centred clinical care, conducts medication rounds, manages care plans, maintains accurate paperwork, supports quality improvement, mentors staff, and coordinates with visiting health professionals. Applicants must hold a current APC and New Zealand Nursing Council registration, have clinical leadership experience, dementia-care training, and legal entitlement to work in New Zealand. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, averaging 40 hours per week.
