Description
Bupa is hiring a permanent full-time Unit Coordinator for its PG (psychogeriatric) unit at Bupa Rossendale Care Home in Enderley, Hamilton. The role leads a team of eight caregivers and nurses, provides person-centred clinical care, conducts medication rounds, manages care plans, maintains accurate paperwork, mentors staff, and supports quality improvement. Applicants must hold a current APC and New Zealand Nursing Council registration, have clinical leadership and dementia-care experience, and be legally entitled to work in New Zealand. The role follows a Monday–Friday roster from 9:30 am to 6 pm.
