Description
The Nursing Care Unit Clerk provides routine and specialized clerical and administrative support for a nursing care unit at SEMC - Sutter Eden Medical Center. The role handles information and requests, coordinates with staff and healthcare providers, follows privacy and safety regulations, and may orient new staff. It requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of recent relevant experience, medical terminology knowledge, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, electronic health records, and EPIC. The position is a short-hour day/evening schedule with variable days and weekend requirements, and pays $31.33 to $39.66 per hour.
