Description
The Unit Nurse Manager, RN provides clinical and operational leadership for an assigned Skilled Acute Unit at Kindred Hospital Greensboro. The role oversees 24-hour nursing care delivery, staffing, resident assessments, care planning, physician orders, quality indicators, performance improvement, root cause analysis, infection prevention, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. It also includes coaching, performance evaluation, hiring and disciplinary processes, and direct patient care as needed. The position requires an accredited nursing school education, a current RN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of nursing experience; a BSN, ACLS, and supervisory or charge experience are preferred.
