ESFM is hiring a Unit Director II to oversee the cleanliness, sanitation, security, and janitorial operations of assigned buildings. The role coordinates janitorial personnel, supervises and develops supervisors and hourly employees, assigns and inspects work, manages supplies and equipment, handles complaints, trains staff, and serves as a liaison between building occupants and janitorial teams. The position requires strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, time-management, and customer-service skills, along with the ability to work with heavy cleaning equipment and operate company vehicles safely.
