The Unit Field Trainer is the first level of management in a Branch Sales Office, responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and on-the-job training of sales agents while maintaining personal production standards. The role mentors a downline, coaches agents on prospecting and sales processes, supports licensing training, recruits agents as assigned, develops additional Unit Field Trainers, and participates in branch management meetings. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a Life & Health license, completion of the required Field Training Allowance, and meeting branch production metrics; a bachelor's degree and five years of related work experience are preferred.
