Description
The Unit Head - Program & Project Management Delivery will lead end-to-end technology program and project delivery within Technology Transformation & Portfolio Management in Abu Dhabi. The role oversees planning, scheduling, budgets, risks, governance, vendors, stakeholders, benefits realization, SDLC controls, testing, release governance, and portfolio KPIs, while building and developing the project management workforce, managing UAE National development and succession planning, and ensuring delivery continuity across a complex portfolio.
