The Unit Head - Program & Project Management Governance will lead the PMO governance function for technology transformation and portfolio management in Abu Dhabi. The role establishes governance frameworks, project assurance, portfolio controls, reporting, risk and change management, audit readiness, stakeholder forums, workforce planning, UAE National development, succession planning, coaching, and continuous improvement. It also supports strategic portfolio alignment, benefits realization, value-based prioritization, and knowledge management.
