Bayer is hiring a Unit Lead for its Crop Science division in Kaunakakai, Hawaii. The role leads unit and plant operations, including production scheduling, quality and cost standards, QHSE compliance, personnel management, training, process documentation, facility maintenance, and production disturbances. The incumbent will also support squad development, continuous improvement, talent and resource coordination, site P&L monitoring, and company-vehicle driving. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, manufacturing, technical support, or safety experience, leadership and negotiation skills, basic computer knowledge, a valid driver's license, physical and shift availability. Preferred qualifications include a relevant degree and 5+ years of team-management experience. Compensation is $100,480 to $150,720 annually, with possible bonus or commission and health, vision, dental, retirement, and leave benefits.
