Ringhals is hiring a Unit Manager for its Administration unit, which provides administrative services across the plant’s operations. The role leads approximately 20 employees, manages personnel, work environment, and unit finances, plans staffing and resources, oversees service quality, develops administrative services, and leads change and improvement initiatives. The position is based at Ringhals, with remote work possible when operational needs allow, and requires several years of documented management experience, operational development and change-improvement experience, and Swedish and English language skills.
