ABB is hiring a Manufacturing Site Manager to take full ownership of its Coleshill manufacturing unit in the United Kingdom. The role covers production, planning, maintenance, customer service, procurement, quality, operational excellence, logistics, safety, budgeting, staffing, compliance, and cross-site EMEA collaboration. It is a hybrid position with onsite work and an option to work from home, and requires an engineering or comparable technical degree, several years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience, Lean and SAP expertise, and strong KPI and people leadership skills.
