Description
The Unit Nurse Manager oversees the clinical research observation unit and is responsible for subject safety, protocol implementation, nursing staff scheduling and performance management, treatment planning, regulatory compliance, training, supplies, and coordination with investigators and clinical research teams. The role requires registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse, Registered Nurse, or Emergency Medical Technician, knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines, strong communication and attention to detail, and basic computer skills.
