Northridge Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their leadership team as a Unit Manager. The Unit Manager will oversee daily clinical operations, provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional resident outcomes and regulatory compliance. This role may focus on Wound Care or Infection Prevention, depending on experience and facility needs.
