Description
The Gel Plant Manager oversees the Gels Department and Gel plant operations, including budgeting, operator direction, product quality and quantity, equipment control, scheduling, performance monitoring, environmental and safety compliance, management-system certifications, and employee development. The role requires a BS degree in an appropriate technical discipline, at least five years of chemical-industry manufacturing experience, and three years of supervisory or management experience. It follows a 7 a.m.–4 p.m., five-day schedule with night and weekend availability for emergencies.
