Casa Esperanza, Inc. is hiring a Unit Manager for its bilingual/bicultural behavioral health treatment programs serving Boston and the Merrimack Valley. The role oversees day-to-day unit operations, client safety and security, admissions and discharges, staff supervision and training, medication and toxicology processes, shift coverage, and compliance with licensing and organizational policies. The position works Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm with occasional coverage of other shifts and offers hourly pay plus benefits including health insurance, retirement, PTO, sick pay, and professional development support.
