Lessebo Municipality is hiring a permanent Unit Manager for its Disability Support area, which covers personal assistance, escort services, and respite care. The role leads personnel, budget, work environment, operations, quality development, and change initiatives; supports employees; translates political decisions into high-quality services; and serves as an on-call manager. The position requires a university or higher-education degree suitable for the role, leadership and managerial experience in personal assistance, a Category B driving licence, Swedish communication skills, and Microsoft Office knowledge.
