Description
The client is hiring a Unit Manager to lead and develop its distribution center in Rosersberg, Sweden. The role owns daily operations and results, the unit’s budget and financial performance, staff development, logistics improvements, KPI analysis, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives. It requires several years of leadership experience, logistics or distribution experience, business acumen, and post-secondary education; construction-industry and 3PL experience are desirable. The position is a direct hire with daytime working hours, considerable flexibility, and a start as soon as possible.
