Northridge Health and Rehab is looking for a Unit Manager (RN or LPN) who has strong clinical leadership skills and is passionate about delivering quality resident care. The successful candidate will oversee daily nursing operations, supervise and guide nursing staff, and collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality care and regulatory compliance. This role emphasizes wound care, focusing on assessing, managing, developing, implementing, monitoring, and educating residents, families, and staff on wound prevention and care.
