Transdev is hiring a Unit Manager to lead and develop its largest occupational group, the drivers, at its Märsta depot. The role combines operational leadership with responsibility for safe and efficient public transport services, quality and deviation management, occupational health and safety, personnel planning, employee reviews, union matters, and administration. Candidates need upper secondary education, at least three years of service-occupation experience, three to five years of personnel-supervision experience, and knowledge of leadership, finance, employment law, occupational health and safety, and negotiation. The position is full-time, permanent, with a six-month probationary period, and starts in January 2027.
