Ljusdal Municipality is hiring a Unit Manager to lead and develop the Functional Support service area, including day services. The role manages the budget, staff, work environment, and service development; plans services in accordance with applicable legislation and municipal goals; and leads, coordinates, and develops the service area in collaboration with other managers. The position requires a degree in social work, social care, or an equivalent higher education qualification, with management or disability-field experience preferred, and emphasizes leadership, communication, motivation, and IT-based service systems.
