Louisville Gardens is hiring a full-time Unit Manager (RN) to lead a designated nursing unit in its skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Louisville, Ohio. The role oversees nursing staff, resident care plans, regulatory compliance, staffing schedules, performance management, clinical outcomes, quality assurance, infection control, safety programs, resident and family concerns, and unit resources. An active Ohio RN license is required; two years of supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred.
