Description
Moorings Park is hiring a Unit Manager (RN) to report to the Director of Nursing and oversee resident care, nursing interventions, staff development, quality metrics, interdisciplinary collaboration, and survey readiness. The role includes hands-on assistance and training for nurses, leadership and coaching of staff, and escalation of critical issues. Candidates must be currently licensed as an RN in Florida and have three years of nursing experience with progressive supervisory responsibility; geriatric nursing experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
