Majestic Care of Lakin is hiring a Unit Manager, RN/LPN to direct the operation of a nursing unit in a long-term care community. The role oversees hiring, discipline, evaluation, staffing, clinical operations, resident care quality, physician coordination, supplies and records, and staff development. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school, hold an active RN or LPN license in the state of employment, and have three years of nursing experience, including one year in a long-term care environment.
