Majestic Care of Connersville is seeking a Unit Manager, RN/LPN, to direct the operation of a nursing unit in a long-term care community. The role focuses on managing care team members, ensuring quality resident care, coordinating staffing and clinical operations, communicating with physicians, and supporting recruitment, retention, development, and training of nursing staff. Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school, hold an active LPN or RN license in the state of employment, maintain CPR credentials, and have three years of nursing experience including one year in long-term care.
