Northridge Health & Rehabilitation is hiring a Unit Manager who is either a licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to oversee daily clinical operations for a skilled nursing unit, supervise and mentor nursing staff, monitor resident care, manage care plans, support admissions and discharges, and maintain regulatory compliance. The role may specialize in wound care or infection prevention and requires strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, communication, leadership, and prioritization skills; long-term care, supervisory, wound care, and infection prevention experience are preferred.
